Project Name: MC for Efficiency Improvement of the existing Lube Oil Dewaxing Unit of Iranol Lube Oil Company at Tehran

Project Description:

 

Iranol Lube Oil Company has selected EPC Contractor for efficiency improvement of existing Lube Oil Dewaxing Unit by quality impovement and increase of Base Oil. So, HEIDCO has been commissioned as Management Consultant (MC) to supervise the EPC phase of the Project.

  

HEIDCO's Scope of work:

 

HEIDCO's scope of work is to provide consulting services and supervision on all the design and engineering work, procurement, and construction work of the EPC contractor. The services include:

- Supervision on Detailed Design

- Shop Inspections of procured material and equipment

- Site Supervision on Construction work

- Project Ccontrol, Legal and Financial Services

- Invoicing and Payment Evaluation and Approval Services

- Supervision on Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, Handover and Operation Services

- Quality Control Services

- Intra-Contractors Integration Services
