Project Name: Mokran Petro Refinery Engineering Services Project

Owner: Mokran Petro Refinery Company

Location: Hormomzgan, Jask Industrial Park

Project Description:

 

Mokran Petro Refinery Company has decided to reinstall a second hand refinery in Mokran with following process Units:

  
 

 
 

The main issue is that the design of the complex has been with light crude oil while the new crude oil Iranian Heavy Export with API of 29. HEIDCO has been awarded to make a conceptual study to investigate the extent of changes due to new crude oil, environmental, soil conditions and earthquake zone impact.

Based on Conceptual Study, Basic and Detailed Engineering will be execute by HEIDCO.

- Conceptual Design

- Basic Engineering Design

- Detailed Engineering Design and Procurement Services
